HOW MUST FOODS BE
Start one item at a time; allow for adjustment;
watch for allergy.
Start with semi-solids; go on to solids in 2-4
Give small volumes; gradually.
Initially give after a breastfeed, or between
two feeds; later give a full feed (meal).
Use spoon and katori ; NEVER
Keep in mind infant's small stomach capacity;
give small frequent feeds.
4 - 6 Mo = 2-3 Per day
7 - 9 Mo = 3-4 Per day
10 - 12 Mo = 4-5 Per day
12 - 15 Mo = 5-6 Per day
